Do I need a license to rent a boat?
No! For our motorboats up to 30HP, you don’t need any license. We provide a full safety and navigation briefing before you set sail. For our guided cruises, a professional skipper is included.
What’s included in the price?
We offer a true all-inclusive experience. The price includes snacks, soft drinks, water, a cooler with ice, snorkeling gear, a navigation map, fresh towels, waterproof phone cases, and a charging cable. No hidden costs.
What should I bring with me?
Just your swimsuit, sunscreen, and your favorite music! Our boats are equipped with Bluetooth sound systems so you can play your own vibes. We take care of everything else.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer maximum flexibility. You can get a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before departure. If the weather is unsafe, we either reschedule or provide a full refund.
Is there a shaded area on the boat?
Yes, all our boats are equipped with high-quality bimini tops (sunshades) and comfortable sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan.
Is there an age limit for children on board?
Children of all ages are welcome! Safety is our priority, so we provide life jackets for all sizes, including infants.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Of course! Although we provide free snacks, soft drinks, and water, you are more than welcome to bring your own supplies. Every boat is equipped with a cooler box and ice to keep everything chilled.
What happens if I get lost or need help?
Don’t worry! We provide you with a navigation map (via a dedicated app or device). Also, all our boats are equipped with GPS trackers, and we are available via phone/WhatsApp at all times to assist you or come to your location if needed.
Where can I park my car at the starting point?
Guests can park directly at the small harbor next to our departure point, where there is plenty of free parking space available.
Do I need to pay for fuel at the end of the day?
At the end of each trip, the customer and the staff check the fuel consumption. The boat is given with full fuel tanks, and the customer pays the corresponding amount in cash based on the fuel used.
Are there any hidden charges like "cleaning fees"?
Absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay. Cleaning, insurance, and all the amenities listed are included.
What is the maximum number of people allowed?
Our maximum capacity is 6 people. If a skipper is selected, the maximum capacity is 5 people.
Can I drive the boat if I have never done it before?
Yes! Most of our clients are first-timers. We spend 30 minutes with you before you leave, teaching you how to steer, how to anchor, and how to use the safety equipment until you feel 100% confident.
Are pets allowed on board?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly company and we believe that your four-legged friends deserve a day at sea just as much as you do. There is no extra charge for bringing your pet, but we kindly ask you to inform us in advance so we can ensure the boat is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
