Eligibility
- The boat operator must be at least 18 years old.
- For boats that do not legally require a boating license, no license is necessary.
- Only the designated renter/operator is permitted to operate the vessel.
Before Departure
- The renter acknowledges that the boat has been inspected before departure and accepts it in good condition.
- Any existing damage or irregularity must be reported before departure.
- A safety and boat operation briefing will be provided before the rental begins.
Fuel Policy
- Fuel is not included in the rental price.
- The boat is delivered with a full fuel tank.
- Fuel consumption is calculated after the rental based on actual usage and is payable upon return.
During the Rental
The renter agrees to:
- Operate the boat responsibly and in accordance with all instructions provided.
- Keep a safe distance from shallow waters, rocky areas, swimmers, and the shoreline.
- Never operate the boat under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment.
- Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity specified for the vessel.
- Immediately contact Blue Bliss in the event of an accident, damage, mechanical issue, or emergency.
Boat Return
- The boat must be returned at the agreed location and time.
- Returning the boat earlier than scheduled does not entitle the renter to any refund.
- The boat must be returned with all supplied equipment and accessories.
Damage & Liability
- The renter is responsible for any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, collision, grounding, improper operation, or violation of these terms.
- Any damage, loss, or missing equipment may result in repair or replacement charges.
- Published damage charges apply where specified, while other damages will be charged according to the actual repair or replacement cost.
Insurance
The vessel is covered by third-party liability insurance in accordance with Greek law.
The insurance does not cover:
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse.
- Loss of equipment or accessories.
- Personal belongings of passengers.
- Violations of operating instructions or applicable regulations.
Personal Property
Blue Bliss is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onboard by passengers.
Weather Conditions
- Rentals operate when weather conditions are considered safe and permitted by the relevant port authorities.
- As a general guideline, departures are not permitted when weather conditions exceed 5 Beaufort or when restricted by authorities.
- If weather conditions prevent departure on the day of the rental, customers may choose either:
- A full refund of any deposit paid, or
- Rescheduling to another available date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
Standard Damage Charges
The following charges apply in the event of damage, loss, or misuse of the vessel or its equipment. Where a fixed amount is specified, the stated charge applies. For damages marked “Actual Cost”, the renter is responsible for the full repair or replacement cost as determined by the service provider.

Important Notice
- All damages must be reported immediately to Blue Bliss.
- Repair and replacement costs are determined based on actual market prices and professional repair estimates where no fixed charge is specified.
- Damage resulting from negligence, operation in shallow waters, contact with rocks, beaches, docks, or prohibited areas may result in additional charges.
